About Data Deletion
Notify me Here allows you to request deletion of specific data stored in our cloud services while keeping your account active. This gives you control over your personal information without needing to delete your entire account.
Data That Can Be Deleted
You can request deletion of the following data:
- Interest Points: All or specific saved locations and their associated data (names, descriptions, coordinates) stored in the cloud
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your interest points, please send us an email from the address associated with your account. You can specify which interest points you would like deleted, or request deletion of all your interest points.

Data Retention
After your data deletion request is processed:
- Requested data will be permanently deleted from our servers
- After processing we do not keep the requested cloud data once the deletion request has been completed
- Your account remains active and you can continue using the app
- Local data on your device can be cleared through the app settings or by reinstalling the app
Processing Time
Your data deletion request will be processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
Important Notes
- Your account remains active after data deletion
- Deleted data cannot be recovered once the deletion is processed
- Some data may be recreated when you use the app again (e.g., new interest points you save)
